Rebecca makes all the appointments for window cleaning. She will make a time that suits you. We view the time booked for your window cleaning as a definite time. We will come. If the boys are going to be more than 45 minutes late we will ring you to let you know, because we understand your time is important.

In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, extreme heat) we won’t just not turn up, we will contact you and offer you an alternative appointment time.

We understand important events in life require beautifully clean windows, so we will bend over backwards to fit you in before the required date.
